In our own building in Heidelberg we create products made of glass-fiber reinforced plastic as well as headgears made of HDPE, which are used by several leading manufacturers and distributors of auto-darkening helmets worldwide..

POLIT helmets and hand-shields are made of PU-Plastic and a full surface glass fiber mat by hand, they are UV-steady, extremely easy weighing (indicated weight without protecting glasses) and flame resistant. Our products are cold- and heat-resistant as well as form-stable in a temperature range from -20°C to +400°C and of course CE EN 175 / CE EN 379 proved and certified

Our Products are delivered without protecting glasses in black colour. On customer's request against surcharge, the colours green and outside of Germany blue are available
